Many thanks to those who participated by leaning out from their balconies and clapping!
And thanks to the MIAU Festival organizers for their support and enthusiasm!

The performance involved several inhabitants of the town of Fanzara, specifically those living in the main square with balconies overlooking it.
Participants were invited to step out onto their balconies (particularly those in the first row, clearly visible to the audience gathered in the square) and to applaud according to a score.

This personal performance is part of the project of the Troupe de Solidariedad Cultural, which was carried out under the theme: How to Ventilate a Wall: The Window as a Poetic Resource in the Spanish Historical Avant-garde (1925–2025).

The project of the Troupe de Solidariedad Cultural, is a scenic and poetic exploration spanning a century, from Miguel Hernández to Clara Janés, activating the window as a symbol of openness, resistance, and critical perspective.

Promoted by the collective Troupe de Solidaridad Cultural—a nomadic artistic cooperative focused on performance and action poetry—the project revives the early practices of action art in the Spanish historical avant-garde (1907–1936), weaving bridges with the present through research, collective creation, and territorial intervention.

Directed by Álvaro Terrones, Bartolomé Ferrando, and Martina Botella (Facultad de Bellas Artes, Universidad Politécnica de Valencia – UPV), together with artists such as Silvia Antolín, Nea, Santiago López, Roberto Otero, and Celinda Ojeda, the team is completed by young researchers and performers including Tiffany Garzo, María Mónaco, Jason Cornett, and the duo Tela que Marinera.
